Tyler Bros recognises the need to invest in the future, not just in our machinery and buildings but in our staff too.

With this in mind, Jake Riley (son of Gary who has worked with us for 25 years) will become our second current young apprentice and will start his course at West Notts College in January. Jake will join Luke Woodward (son of John our Technical Manager) who will be entering his second year of his apprenticeship at the same college.

Joe Hays, who is in the final year of a MSc in Engineering Business Management at the University of Warwick is overseeing both schemes. Acting as a mentor, Joe is guiding them through to what we hope will be a successful conclusion, strengthening Tyler Bros' long term skill base.
