As part of this undertaking, our expert staff place greater emphasis on in-process inspection, as opposed to end of line inspection. This in-process quality assurance seeks Right First Time components, removing defects as they happen and avoiding the bottleneck which can often occur in end of line inspection departments.
We have invested in two state of the art Hommel Opticline inspection machines which, along with our established CNC CMM technology ensures in-process inspection is carried out in the most efficient way. This enables us to meet the growing demands of our customers whilst reducing costs and lead times.
Tyler Bros has plans to continue with a sustained programme of development, keeping our commitment to quality central to the comprehensive engineering package we provide.
